What happens after you open your codm account

Once you submit the form, we send a verification link to your email. Click the link to confirm your email address. This step takes a few minutes and is required before you can deposit.

Next, we ask you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You upload a copy of your national ID or passport and a proof of address (utility bill or official correspondence dated within the last three months). We review these documents and confirm your identity, usually within one business day.

After KYC approval, your codm account is fully active. You can select a deposit method—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Deposits via e-wallet or mobile banking are instant; bank transfers typically settle within a few hours during business hours.

Your deposit balance appears in your codm wallet immediately. From there, you can join live-dealer tables, place sportsbook markets, select esports fixtures, or play slot games. All activity is encrypted and logged for security and dispute resolution.

Services available only where local law permits

codm is available in supported jurisdictions only. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's laws. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.

Account security and codm's verification process

We encrypt all account data with 256-bit SSL. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings after login—this adds an extra layer of protection.

If you forget your password, use the password reset link on the login page. We send a secure reset link to your email. Click the link and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your email, contact our support team with proof of identity.

We monitor all account activity for suspicious login attempts, unusual withdrawal patterns, and fraud indicators. If we detect suspicious activity, we may restrict your account and ask you to re-verify your identity. This protects your funds and ensures platform integrity.

Your codm account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and 2FA codes secure. We do not store recovery codes; if you lose access to 2FA, contact support to regain access to your account.

Deposits and withdrawals on codm

We accept deposits from all verified payment methods. Minimum and maximum account preferences vary by payment type; these are displayed during checkout. We do not charge deposit fees.

To withdraw, log in to codm, select your withdrawal amount, and confirm. We process withdrawals to your original deposit method within one to two business days after standard verification checks. Once approved, funds are transferred to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your registered bank account.

We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal if we detect suspicious activity, ongoing account disputes, or non-compliance with our terms. If a withdrawal is declined, we notify you with an explanation.

codm maintains detailed transaction history for all deposits and withdrawals. You can download this history anytime from your account settings for personal record-keeping.
